I absolutely love what I do. I am as driven and dedicated to my craft now as ever before. Knowing I can make a difference in other people’s businesses through my own is, by itself, enough to keep the fire and passion alive.

Then there is my deep-rooted love for the industry itself, the people, the food, the wine, the energy, and the spirit of giving. I am most definitely in my element.

The hospitality industry is such a fast paced, stressful environment. Pressure to deliver your absolute best is always there and keeping one step ahead of your competition, or maintaining that top spot can take its toll via questionable business decisions or taking your eye off the ball when it comes to the menu, the staff or the
experience your customers are having when they visit you.

The one thing you don’t have time to do is take a step backwards and review (unless you’re very lucky) and this is where a Consultant Chef can be worth their weight in Gold!  It’s not an exaggeration to say that having an expert review your hospitality business forensically, as I would, can be of great value when you know there is something wrong but you’re not quite sure what it is.

I don’t arrive with pre-conceptions of a business, I would rather get to know you, your staff, how your
