I rub shoulders with the chefs and managers to break down the initial barriers. I bring the teams together to work as one. I find the best way to work with businesses is to become part of that business, by adopting this approach I have had amazing results.

I work closely with the department heads to give them lasting strategies and teach them to lead with passion. Then offer a maintenance service to keep the ideas fresh and monitor the progress. After all motivation is perishable!

By offering this approach, I get to inspire many more people. When working with my overseas clients, as well as coaching them, I have the great privilege to learn from them about different cultures and food styles. This only serves to increase my passion for this industry even more.
